okpla reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any time okpla deems it necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Accepted KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys National ID, or other government-issued identification. Proof of address may also be required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okpla login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person.
okpla will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from okpla that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to okpla support immediately.
You agree to notify okpla immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. okpla will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
okpla recommends that Players use a strong, unique password for their okpla account and enable two-factor authentication where available.
okpla accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in Philippine Peso (PHP):
Not accepted: Cryptocurrency of any kind and credit card gambling deposits are strictly not accepted on the okpla platform, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
Deposits are generally credited to your okpla account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. okpla is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
The minimum deposit amount on okpla is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
Player funds are held separately from okpla's operational funds. Your account balance represents a debt owed by okpla to you and is available for withdrawal subject to these Terms & Conditions.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your okpla account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. okpla reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. okpla does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Player's name.
Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
okpla reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees will be displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
okpla may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.
The specific terms applicable to each promotion will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. Wagers placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
okpla employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and colluding with other Players to exploit promotional offers. okpla reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.
okpla reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of opt-in.
All games available on the okpla platform use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
Each game on the okpla platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction or error during a game round, okpla reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account balance. okpla's decision in such matters is final.
The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. All gaming on okpla involves an element of chance, and Players may lose the amounts they wager.

okpla does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. okpla will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude okpla's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
