If okpla discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted (subject to any legal retention obligations), and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment source.

okpla processes gaming activity data as part of its responsible gaming obligations.
