Creating your okpla account is quick and straightforward. Head to the okpla registration page, fill in your full name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You must be at least 21 years old to register — this is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. After submitting, verify your email address via the confirmation link we send you, then complete the KYC identity check before your account is fully activated and ready to play.

okpla accepts any valid Philippine government-issued ID for identity verification. Accepted documents include: UMID, PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. No. Each player is permitted only one okpla account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you believe a duplicate account was created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

Log in to your okpla account and navigate to Account Settings. You can update your contact number, email address, and communication preferences there. Note that your full legal name and date of birth cannot be changed after KYC verification — these are locked to your verified identity. If there is a genuine error in your name or date of birth, contact support with supporting documentation.

okpla supports the most popular Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to a Philippine bank account are also accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Please note that credit card deposits and cryptocurrency are not accepted on okpla.

The minimum deposit on okpla is ₱100 for GCash and PayMaya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though you can set your own deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in your account settings — a great way to stay in control of your spending.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours after approval. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
